Your commission splits are not locked to whatever package you buy when joining like other agencies, but are set up to enable you to grow. As you generate more commission, you earn a higher commission split. This allows us to keep our service fees low and many of our first-time agents start out on a part-time basis until their business is established.
Want the right training for success? Joining our team, you avail of our 35-hour self-paced training and get started program. This contains the basics and more to get you started, and introduce you to the terms and best practices of the industry. 1 on 1 training and coaching is then available at any time to ensure you have the maximum support for success.
Our staff support team has an average of 18 years of industry experience, and TPI has the highest staff-to-advisor ratio in Canada.
