Travel Professionals International has partnered with David’s Bridal, North America’s largest bridal retailer, to offer promotional opportunities for TPI advisors at 7 David’s Bridal locations across Canada, with more locations planned as the program grows.
“David’s Bridal was looking for a national partner that fit the demands of their brides for complementary services that were offered by local experts,” said Tim Morgan, TPI Vice President, “and in TPI advisors they found exactly what they were looking for.”
A formalwear powerhouse, David’s Bridal has over 300 stores where one in four American brides purchases her wedding gown. As David’s Bridal Preferred Service Providers, TPI advisors are granted in-person access to promoting their services to the hundreds of daily visitors to David’s Bridal retail locations. Utilizing a setup similar to that of a trade show booth, TPI advisors use the retailing draw of the formalwear stores to grow their own database with warm leads for generating mainly destination wedding, honeymoon, and bachelor and bachelorette party bookings.
“This partnership with a major chain means an exciting and substantial opportunity for our participating advisors to increase their sales via a warm sales environment,” said Morgan, “and for all TPI advisors it represents a brand building program in terms of public awareness of our organization.”
The locations currently covered by the partnership are: Langley, BC; Calgary, AB; Edmonton, AB; Winnipeg, MB; Cambridge, ON; Scarborough, ON; Ottawa, ON.
